In this article, I am going to show you how to import GPX file directly to MapInfo Pro. GPX is a special GIS format commonly used in today’s GPS devices. Garmin Map Source, BaseCamp, and Global Mapper are the common software you can use to process the GPX file format. But with the release of MapInfo Pro, you can directly import or export GPX files from the GPS. For more information about GPX, please read this wiki page.
Steps to Import GPX File in MapInfo Pro
In order to import the GPX file, do the following
- Open MapInfo Pro
- Click GPS Tab
